SerDes simulation for lossy lines using Matlab
Overview
A real-life transmission line was measured with Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), and the resulting S-Parameter model was stored in .snp file. Matlab was used to simulate signal integrity of a PRBS signal (eye diagram), and effects of filters were explored on the receiver end.
